Package Offerings

Core  is the perfect choice if you need a targeted single-page website in a hurry. This is for someone creating their first website & has only generic copy, if any.

When to choose this option: If you currently have a single-page website with generic text that does not adequately describe you, your ideal client, or the services you offer.

The process: You will complete an open-ended questionnaire that asks about you, your practice, your clinical approach, fees/insurance, & your ideal client. I will use this questionnaire as a guide when writing your single-page website text. I will send you an initial draft, & will then create the final version based on your feedback on the draft. Included with your final version is a single revision by request in writing, within 7 days of the final version being sent to you, at no additional charge. 

Investment: $350, split as follows: $200 non-refundable retainer up front to begin the work, & the remaining $150 upon the initial draft being sent. 


Customize  is the ideal option if you have a full website but the text does not truly convey who you are clinically, or if you are happy with some parts of your website copy but want to further niche for marketing purposes to focus on your ideal client. 

When to choose this option: If you need a substantial amount of website copy rewritten, including your Welcome page, About page, & Services page in order to present yourself in a more authentic way to potential clients. Rewrites of other pages, such as specialized/individual services, FAQ, etc. are an add-on option for an additional fee. 

The process: You will complete an open-ended questionnaire that asks about you, your practice, & your clinical approach so I can get a tangible sense of who you are as a clinician. I will send you the rewrite to review. If it doesn't feel like it's coming from your voice, you can request up to two additional revisions at no additional charge; the first one is required to be within 14 of your initial rewrite being sent to you. The length of time the full process takes will depend on your availability to provide written feedback on each rewritten page as it is sent to you. 

Investment: $700, split as follows: $325 non-refundable retainer up front to begin the work, $125 upon the Welcome page draft being sent, $125 upon the About page being sent, and $125 upon the Services page being sent. Rewrites of any additional specialty pages in addition to the three that are included in this package will be invoiced separately at a rate of $150 per page (three or more pages, the price is reduced to $125 per page.)


Conceptualize  is the optimal package if you have an empty or nearly empty website with all of the subpages set up (or at least planned out) but have no idea where to start with the text. 

When to choose this option: If you are creating a website for the first time; perhaps you have only used directory profiles up to this point. You need individualized and comprehensive website copy crafted from scratch that conveys who you are clinically & what you have to offer potential clients. Crafting those 2-3 paragraphs for directory websites felt difficult, but creating an entire website from nothing feels impossible. You will need the basics for any therapist website: a Welcome page, About page, & Services page. Rewrites of other pages, such as specialized/individual services, FAQ, etc. are an add-on option for an additional fee. 

The process: You will complete a thorough open-ended questionnaire that asks about you, your practice, your clinical approach, & your ideal client.
